PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip compatible with firm integration of a male member and a female member and removal from a plate material. SOLUTION: An overlapped and fixed state of a plate material is maintained by avoiding slipping off and coming off of a male member from a female member as a clip is easily removed from the plate material and a part of a small projection is crushed by using a tapered surface of the small projection by integrally providing the small projection 6 having the tapered surface 16a on a lower end surface of each of elastic leg pieces of the female member and forming a contact surface 19 to make a lower side edge of an locking ring groove contact with both sides of the small projection of the lower end surface in the clip constituted of two parts of the male member and the female member 11 to overlap and fix the plate material on which the male member has a head part and a shaft part and forms the locking ring groove on the shaft part and the female member has a cylinder part 12 to insert the shaft part of the male member in it and forms a plural number of elastic leg pieces 14 to develop open outward by work of the locking ring groove of the aforementioned shaft part on the cylinder part.
