PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door glass regulator capable of enhancing the durability of a rope for raising and lowering door glass. SOLUTION: This door glass regulator includes a rope 50 for raising and lowering door glass and a tension adjusting mechanism 80. The rope 50 is disposed between a plurality of pulleys. The specific pulley 41 of the plurality of pulleys is mounted on a pulley plate 82. The pulley plate 82 is mounted on a fixed base 81. The end 82a of the pulley plate 82 is inserted into a hole 86 in the fixed base 81. The pulley plate 82 is vertically displaceable relative to the fixed base 81. The pulley plate 82 is fixed to the fixed base 81 by bolts 93, 97 while the height of the pulley 41 is adjusted so that the rope 50 has a desired tension.
