PURPOSE: Provided is an infrared radiation-emitting laminate for partition and a process for producing an outer plate used thereto, which is installed in the interior of a room, thereby diseases are cured naturally and health is kept. CONSTITUTION: The laminate comprises a frame (10) forming acceptable space, a filler (12) filled in the space, the outer plate (14) covering the filler. The outer plate is produced by the process comprising the steps of: mixing and kneading 60-90 wt% of powdery elvan with 10-30 wt% of powdery yellow soil using water; molding and drying; baking in a furnace.
