The present invention relates to a flow line for the complex recycling of tyres, wherein said line includes means for cutting the tyre flanges, a device for the electro-thermal separation of the metallic cord from the rubber and a metal separator. In order to reduce the specific energy consumption and the consumption related to the mechanical and chemical activation of the rubber chips, this line also includes a hydraulic-jet tyre processing device which is mounted upstream relative to the device for the electro-thermal separation of the metallic cord from the rubber and which is technically connected thereto by a tyre transportation means. The hydraulic-jet tyre processing device includes at least one sensor for detecting the exposure of the metallic cord surface layer, wherein said sensor is integrated into the control circuit of the recirculation loop for the process fluid. The device for the electro-thermal separation of the metallic cord includes a tyre residue fixator in the form of a platform with a conical centering protrusion as well as sliding spreaders connected to said fixator.
