Contact piece for an electrical connection as well as its manufacturing method

A conductive contact tip or point for a releasable electrical pluggable connection, has a connection region for an electrical conductor and a contact zone facing away therefrom, for removal of a cylindrical contact pin as the counter- or cooperating-tip/point of the pluggable connection, and which is coaxially arranged in a cylindrical encapsulation, a cage-type socket part permanently webbed in the peripheral direction, with a number of axially-parallel lamellae extending in front of the webs. The contact tip/point (1) is formed from a single-piece contact element (2), comprising the connection zone (11) as well as the cage-type socket part (23) in the contact zone (12) and made from electrically conductive and permanently flexible band/strip material, and from an encapsulation in the form of a protective sleeve (4) made of a corrosion-resistant material and pushed over the contact zone of this contact element.
