PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous patch material for external use continuing chilling effect or poultice effect for a long period, preventing the skin stimulation such as stuffing, rush itchiness and red spot to improve the safety and hygienicity, having improved usability and developing a designing effect to improve the commercial value. SOLUTION: The percutaneous patch material 1 to be applied to the outer skin is produced by laminating a water-containing adhesive layer 3 on one surface of a substrate film or sheet 2. The moisture-permeability of the substrate is controlled to 2,800-4,400 g/m2.24 hr by applying a polymer material 2b to the cloth substrate 2a as the substrate at least on the side opposite to the face to be laminated with the adhesive layer and controlling the application area of the polymer material.
