<p>The invention disclosed a method for filtrating drilling fluid in rotary way in a solid-control system and a filter unit, a transmission device, a drilling fluid collecting device and a drilling fluid injecting device used in the method. The method comprises following steps : Rotating filter units around a standing shaft (23) ; Rotating every filter unit around their own shaft ; Injecting drilling fluid into a injecting device and the fluid is forced through the pipe (30) due to the centrifugal force produced by the rotation of the injecting device ; the fluid is dropped towards the net (50), in which the desired fluid flows through the net but the solids (61) deposit on distal side of the net (50) ; rotating every filter unit so that the solids (61) move to near side of the net (50) along with the filter units and the solids (61) on the net (50) drop off the net (50) due to the centrifugal force. Therefore the drilling fluid is prevented from subject shocks with improvement in filtrating efficiency. The invention also discloses the filter unit, the transmission device, the drilling fluid collecting device and the drilling fluid injecting device used in the method.</p> |
