PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle testing device capable of performing easily getting-in, getting-out and passage of right and left wheels, and miniaturizing and compacting the device. SOLUTION: At the test time by this vehicle testing device 1, right and left tires A, A of an automobile are allowed to get in between a pair of front-and-rear testing rollers 3, 3 journaled on the right and left sides, and placed on a lifting stand 20 of a lifting device 5 waiting on a lifting position, and then the lifting stand 20 is lowered, while keeping the balance in the approximately horizontal state, and the right and left tires A, A are placed between the pair of front-and-rear testing rollers 3, 3 journaled on the right and left upper faces. After finish of the test, the lifting stand 20 on which the right and left tires A, A are placed is lifted, while keeping the balance in the approximately horizontal state, and the right and left tires A, A are allowed to get out from between the pair of front-and-rear testing rollers 3, 3 journaled on the right and left upper faces.
