PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive silicone rubber composition which maintains the original characteristics of a silicone rubber, has excellent conductivity stability and heat conductivity in a semiconductor region, and little depends on electric voltage. SOLUTION: This conductive silicone rubber composition is characterized by comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a specific organopolysiloxane, (B) 30 to 300 pts.wt. of conductive zinc oxide which has a BET diameter of 0.01 to 0.1μm and a self volume resistivity of 700 to 30,000Ωcm and is a solid solution with aluminum oxide, and (C) a catalytic amount of a curing agent.
