PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal apparatus for used injection needles recovering metal parts of a canula and a hub of the used injection needle by molding them into metal particulates, and decontaminating exhaust gas generated from resin parts of the canula and the hub, before emitting it to the air. SOLUTION: The disposal apparatus comprises a melting part 2 melting the throw-in metal parts of the canula and the hub at a predetermined heating temperature or more, and a recovery part 3 recovering the melted metal parts from the melting part 2. This disposal apparatus for the used injection needles is so formed that the melting part 2 is provided with an openable/closable inlet 4 at the upper end of a roughly closed melting space with a heating means, the roughly closed melting space is provided with an opened exhaust port 15 at the lower end, a refractory layer 1 having a clearance communicating between the roughly closed melting space and the exhaust port 15 is formed at the upper part of the exhaust port 15, and the recovery part 3 is disposed with a recovery vessel 18 filled with water 17 under the lower part of the exhaust port 15.
