PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a secure fastening condition of rod terminal parts being reinforcing members in a condition without a projection. SOLUTION: This fastening fitting for connecting the rod is composed of a fixing band 3 formed into a ring shape in which at least both free ends are overlapped, a fixing screw 5 which passes through the fixing band 3, in which a screw part 7 protrudes on one side and a screw head part 19 protrudes in a region of overlapped free ends on the other side, and which divides into a first tightening part 21 of the rod and a second tightening part 23 of the rod, and a fixing nut 9 screw-fitting with the protruding screw part 7 of the fixing screw 5 and expanding and contracting opening diameter of the first and second tightening parts 21, 23 of the rod. A length adjusting channel 31 for cutting to fold and shorten a screw part protruding from the fixing nut 9 upon completion of tightening is provided in the screw part 7 of the fixing screw 5.
