PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool a bearing without causing enlargement of a facility and rise of manufacturing cost with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A drive rotor 15 and a driven rotor 17 pivotally supported by bearings are mutually meshed, and an air suction cover 39 closed at an upper side and opened at lower side is put on a blower main body 3 stored in a casing 13 to cover air suction port 9 and to extend out of the bearing downward.
