PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a raw material from remaining on a hopper side plate, while easily inputting the raw material in a raw material hopper 3 to which the raw material is inputted, in an environmental recycling work machine such as a soil improving machine. SOLUTION: Left-right side plates 7 of the raw material hopper 3 are constituted to be freely changed into a steep inclination attitude and a gentle inclination attitude by telescopic operation of a hydraulic cylinder. Control to a gentle inclination attitude of the hydraulic cylinder is automatically performed on the basis of detection of the approach of a raw material input object to the raw material hopper 3, and is performed so as to be automatically changed in an attitude to the steep inclination attitude when the raw material input object goes away.
