PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of providing a molded article excellent in an antistatic property, transparency, impact resistance, a sliding property and appearance of the molded article. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is composed of (A) 55-97 mass% of a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (A-1) obtained by polymerizing a monomer component (b) consisting of a (meth)acrylic acid ester compound and an aromatic vinyl compound and further as necessary the other vinyl monomer copolymerizable with these monomers in the presence of a rubber-like polymer (a) and/or a styrene-based resin (A-2) obtained by polymerizing the monomer component (b), (B) 0.1-15 mass% block copolymer having an olefin block (B-1) and a hydrophilic polymer block (B-2) and (C) 2.9-30 mass% block copolymer having a block (C-1) of a polyamide and/or a polyester and a block (C-2) of a hydrophilic polymer, wherein total of the components A, B and C is 100 mass%.
