A vehicle air conditioner with a temperature control baffle is provided to prevent introduction of cold wind into a hot wind path and concentration of hot wind flow for passing hot wind through the hot wind path uniformly, thereby mixing hot and cold wind together in an optimum state in a cooling/heating combination mode. A vehicle air conditioner with a temperature control baffle includes a case formed with an air inlet at an inlet part and defrost vents, face vents, and floor vents at an outlet part, wherein each vents are controlled in opening degrees thereof by defrost doors, face doors and floor doors respectively. An evaporator and a heater core(300) are mounted in the case for heat exchange with air. A hot wind path(H) is for hot air to pass from the heater core. A cold wind path is for cold air to pass from the evaporator. A guide wall(34) guides the hot air passing through the heater core. A temperature control baffle(10) is formed at the end of the guide wall in a hinge structure. The temperature control baffle has a stopper(18), so that the temperature control baffle rotates in a mixing area direction with respect to a hinge shaft(12). The temperature control baffle is opened by a flow rate of the hot wind passing through the hot wind path.
