A DOCSIS(Data Over Cable Service Interface Specifications) interface device is provided to perform data exchange and control between external devices without an additional connection by being interfaced between the external devices connected to one DOCSIS interface device. A DOCSIS interface device includes an Ethernet port(130), a plurality of LAN ports(150,160), a LAN divider(140), a broadcasting signal input port(110), a modulation-demodulation unit(170), and a broadcasting signal output port(120). The Ethernet port(130) is connected to an external network. The plurality of LAN ports(150,160) are connected to a predetermined external device. The LAN divider(140) connects the plurality of LAN ports(150,160) to the Ethernet port(130), and enables the external device connected to the plurality of LAN ports(150,160) to share a connection line with the external network. The broadcasting signal output port(120) receives a predetermined broadcasting signal. The modulation-demodulation unit(170) processes the broadcasting signal received through the broadcasting signal input port(110). The broadcasting signal output port(120) transfers the broadcasting signal processed in the modulation-demodulation unit(170) to an external display device.
