PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information about determination made inside of route control processing in detail in a form useful for a dispatcher to estimate an operation state. SOLUTION: This automatic route control device having a control monitor function is furnished with a train tracking processing part 303 to write information of an allotted train number and an on-rail position on an on-rail train table 305, a route control processing part 304 to write a series of determination results in constituting a route on a control state table 306 by constituting the route by controlling a controlled facility on the route of the train so that the train can travel as a railway schedule of a railway schedule information DB301, an edition processing part 307 to edit the on-rail train/control state information in a form to arrange signals on the route for each of the train numbers in sequence from the information of the on-rail train table and the control state table and a screen display processing part 205 to display a control monitor corresponding to the train the control state of which is required to see from the on-rail train/control state information edited by the edition processing part 307 on a screen 100.
