PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film which enables a complicated decoration to be applied to a decorative object, and a method for manufacturing a resin film. SOLUTION: The resin film 1 includes an uneven part 5 with a composite-shape pattern 6 of such a shape that a plurality of different-shape patterns 6a and 6b are superposed over each other, and a strip-like sheet part 3 to be integrated with the uneven part 5.
