PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die having a guide in an automatic positioning apparatus for punching a formed product, which punching die can be efficiently and accurately used. SOLUTION: A punching guide 1 is put on a floor plate 2 such that the punching die can accurately and quickly follow the guide. A slide plate 3, such as a finished metal plate and a plate finished with silicon or fluorine, is fixed on the bottom surface of the floor plate by screws or adhesive, etc., so as to easily slide.
