PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cutter structure capable of sharply cutting a banding affixed to a personal body in the desired direction. SOLUTION: A lengthy banding T affixed to the personal body is sandwiched by opposed upper board section 11 and lower board section 12 from both sides of the tape by forming a clearance into which the banding can be introduced in the tape longitudinal direction, the tape T may be cut in the width direction by slide-moving a cutter section 2 that retains a cutting edge 21 configured by allowing a blade tip to be oriented to the lower board side along a guide section 111 open-formed in the tape width direction in the upper board section 11, or the tape T may be cut in the longitudinal direction by positioning the cutter section 2 at the guide section to draw the tape T in the symbol Y direction.
