An electric terminal box for an apartment house is provided to be installed easily in case of a different size of an installation space and a different slant of an iron bar by forming a connection member, connected to the iron bar, to be rotated and retracted. An electric terminal box for an apartment house includes a frame(10), a couple of side connection members(20), and a couple of hinge connection members(30). The frame of a box shape is inserted into a space of a rectangular shape which is formed by the iron bar installed on a wall plane of the apartment house. The couple of side connection members have an insertion unit, a head unit, and a cover. A bolt hole is formed on a lower part of the insertion unit of a rectangular bar shape. The head unit is integrally formed on an upper part of the insertion unit. A receiving groove receives an iron bar is formed on an upper plane of the head unit. The cover of a rectangular shape is fixed on an upper plane of the head unit by a fixed screw. The iron bar is installed on the receiving groove of the head unit and the receiving groove of the cover by the fixed screw. The insertion unit is inserted into the insertion groove of a protrusion unit. A fixed bolt is inserted into a long hole and a bolt hole. The couple of side connection members are adjusted in a width according to a gap of the iron bar. The couple of hinge connection members is elastically connected to the iron bar, and is fixedly installed on a rectangular groove of the frame. |
