A light guide plate structure for a portable terminal is provided to form plural connection grooves, which are cut in a v shape, to be connected to pattern portions, thereby facilitating identification by equally reflecting light without a shadow region and specializing buttons by inducing the light to a specific portion. A light guide plate comprises plural pattern portions(120). The pattern portions have a groove(110) of a depressed engraving shape which is cut by a plotter in a v shape in the lower side. The pattern portions have a connection groove(130) which is cut in a v shape in a side or both sides. The pattern portions are formed by the groove which is continuously repeated, and can be formed in a zigzag shape, not a straight line.
