<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade member capable of reducing a friction coefficient, having surface treatment layers on which cracks or peeling are not easily generated and capable of maintaining fine characteristics over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: In the blade member provided with a rubber elastic body 12 which is used by bringing its tip part into contact with a member to be contacted, the rubber elastic body consists of polyurethane rubber and at least the surface of the tip part of the rubber elastic body is coated with surface treatment layers 13A-13C formed by a surface treatment solution containing at least one polymer selected from fluorine group polymers and silicon group polymers and isocyanate component, a surface treatment solution containing carbon black, the above polymer and an isocyanate component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
