PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated building which can simplify the structure of a damping means. SOLUTION: In the prefabricated building 10, a column assembly portion 28 formed by assembling a plurality of columns 22 of respective building units 14, and a joint assembly portion 30 formed by assembling a plurality of joints 20 of the respective building units 14, are connected together via a damping device 36. Therefore the damping device 36 can be formed into a structure in which a high damping rubber 42 is interposed between a pair of plate members 38, which simplifies the structure of the damping device 36.
