PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device which can prevent leakage in a connection range by a connection pipe between a water supply portion close to a water service pipe and a water receiving portion of a main body, without affecting the other portions, and can issue a notification if necessary. SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device is formed of: the body 2 set on a toilet bowl 1; the water supply portion 8 for supplying water from a water supply source 7 to the body 2; the connection pipe 9 for pouring water from the water supply portion 8 to the body 2; and a cover pipe 15 covering the outside of the connection pipe 9. Then the device has a connection rib 42 at a location between the connection pipe 9 and the cover pipe 15, for securing a gap between the same, and leakage from the connection pipe 9 is received by the cover pipe 15 and discharged into the toilet bowl 1. Thus the interior of a toilet device provided with the sanitary washing device 10 or the interior of the body 2 of the sanitary washing device 10 is prevented from moistening, to thereby make the sanitary washing device safe and comfortable.
