PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a wall panel such as an ALC (autoclaved lightweight concrete) panel, which properly prevents deformation from being caused because an unreasonable force is imposed on an end of a locking plate and a portion to be connected to a connecting bolt, by vibrations generated by earthquakes etc. and an external force such as wind pressure, and which properly prevents the wall panel from being cracked or broken. SOLUTION: A horizontally long angle material 1, which is composed of vertical and horizontal pieces, is attached to beam materials F1, F2, etc. of a building, and one end of the locking plate 5, which is attached to the wall panel P via the connecting bolt 3, is engaged with the vertical piece 1a of the angle material 1, so that the wall panel can be held in a predetermined position. A gap S is provided between the locking plate and the wall panel by interposing an interval holding spacer between the wall panel and the vertical pieces of the angle materials on both the lateral sides of the locking plate 5. A bent portion 51 is provided at each of an end 5a engaged with the vertical piece of the locking plate 5 and an end 5b on the other side, so as to abut on the wall panel.
