<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run channel for a vehicle, suppressing unusual sounds during sliding with a window glass. <P>SOLUTION: The glass run channel 1 is formed of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer for guiding the window glass 2 of the vehicle. It is formed in approximately U-shaped cross section. A lip portion 3 for sliding with the window glass 2 is provided in a U-shaped opening of the glass channel 1.
