PURPOSE: A configuration and a rotating device are provided to increase lifting forces and rotating forces by arranging a rotatable hinge at the lower end of the blade and connecting an auxiliary blade to the rotatable hinge. CONSTITUTION: A configuration comprises a symmetrical front blade(1); a hinge(2) attached to the rear end of the symmetrical front blade; auxiliary blade fixing plates(3,3',3'') arranged among the hinges; steel fixing plates arranged at the side opposite from the auxiliary blade fixing plates; auxiliary blades(4) fixed at the auxiliary blade fixing plates through bolts and nuts; steel plates attached to the steel fixing plates; and flow preventing plates(5,5',5'',5''') attached to the symmetrical front blade and the auxiliary blades. |
