PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester fiber that has excellent glossy feeling and a unique texture with dry feeling and is excellent in adhesiveness to a polyethylene product.SOLUTION: The polyester fiber comprises a polyester copolymer (I) which is a polyester copolymer containing (a) a polyester polymer component, (b) a block copolymer component having at least two polymer blocks A composed mainly of an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block B comprising an olefin elastomer and satisfying all of conditions (1) to (3) as given below: (1) the content of the polymer block A in the block copolymer component (b) is 5 to 50 wt%; (2) the glass transition temperature of the polymer block B is -20°C or lower and a heat quantity of crystal fusion of 8 cal/g or less; and (3) the weight ratio of the component (a) and the component (b) is (a)/(b)=99/1 to 80/20.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
