PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator which eliminates the need for dedicated design and actualizes high-precision temperature compensation or excellent start characteristics.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 has a structure constituted by joining a crystal vibrator 2 having a plurality of external electrodes 7 on its outer bottom face and an insulation substrate 3, having a plurality of pads 11 for mounting an integrated circuit element 4 at a center part of one main surface 301 and also has a plurality of joint electrodes 10 corresponding to the external electrodes 7 at an outer peripheral part of the one main surface 301, together through a conductive joining material 9. In a state in which the external electrodes 7 and joining electrodes 10 are conductively joined through the conductive joining material 9 with the crystal vibrator 2 on the insulation substrate 3, a lower surface 70 of the external electrode and an upper surface 400 of the integrated circuit element are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
