The present invention provided a display device which includes a display panel, a gate driving part, a data driving part, and a power supply part. The display panel displays an image. The gate driving part supplies a gate signal to the display panel. The data driving part supplies a data signal to the display panel. The power supply part generates and outputs a voltage to be supplied to the gate driving part and the data driving part. The power supply part has a dummy switching section where a switching signal for generating a gate high voltage is maintained for a constant period of time after an input voltage inputted from the outside due to power off falls to an under voltage lock out (UVLO) level or less. So, power consumption can be reduced.
