The present invention relates to a self-care ear massage treatment service system accessed by one or more terminals through a network and a self-care ear massage treatment service method thereof. A web server receives ear images from the terminals. An information providing server recognizes a pattern of the ears from the ear images. The information providing server compares the recognized ear pattern with previous ear pattern information stored in a database. The information providing server determines whether disease symptoms correspond to an acute illness based on the comparison result. The information providing server transmits an emergency message to a user, a guardian, or a public institute. When the comparison result does not correspond to symptoms of an illness which is not an acute illness, the information providing server transmits the result and a self-care treatment method to the terminal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a user can simply record and transmit ear conditions with a smartphone to be guided with a self-care treatment method corresponding to the ear conditions or can be provided with a notification service when in danger, thereby ensuring the safety of the user.
