The present invention relates to a visual inspection device. The device is installed in a lower side of an automatic inspection device to visually inspect an inspection subject, and includes an evulsion return unit and a visual inspection unit. The evulsion return unit includes a normal inspection subject return part and an inspected subject return part. The normal inspection subject return part returns a normal inspection subject, and the inspected subject return part returns an inspected subject. When a sensor detects the return of the inspected subject, the evulsion return unit moves up and down to return the inspected subject to the inspected subject return part through the control of a control device while at the same time after the inspected subject is returned to the inspected subject return part, the evulsion return unit moves to return the normal inspection subject to a returnable position through the control of the control device. The inspected subject is returned to the visual inspection unit to enable a manipulator to visually inspect the inspected subject returned. The visual inspection device evulses the inspected subject with a simple structure to return the subject to the visual inspection unit. The present invention is capable of reducing costs and improving productivity. |
