Provided is a healthcare device for collecting biometric data of a worker and environmental data at an industrial environment. The healthcare device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a communication part communicating with an industrial terminal; a biometric sensor acquiring biometric data; and a control part delivering the biometric data acquired by the biometric sensor to the industrial terminal through the communication part. By the same, it is possible to perform managing health care of the worker through biometric data collection of the worker at the industrial environment, and it is possible to seek a safe working environment by collecting the environmental data occurred in a working activity scope of the worker.
