PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to simultaneously check both the display of an operation panel of an image processing apparatus and the display of a terminal device without the need of a user's complicated handling.SOLUTION: An MFP 100 is provided with an operation panel 300. The operation panel 300 is provided with a display 320 and a position thereof can be changed by rotation about a hinge 300A serving as a rotary shaft. Furthermore, a touch area 360 for indicating a position where a terminal device which holds a short-range wireless communication with the MFP 100 is held over is provided in the operation panel 300. A short-range wireless communication antenna is disposed on a rear surface of the touch area 360.
