PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve snow road performance with good balance while maintaining uneven wear resistance.SOLUTION: A heavy load pneumatic tire 1 includes a center land part 6 formed to extend in a tire peripheral direction while a width in a tire axial direction is repeatedly increased/decreased between a center main groove 3 and a middle main groove 4. The center main groove 3 includes a first inclined part 3A and a second inclined part 3B inclined oppositely to the first inclined part 3A and at an angle smaller than that of the first inclined part 3A to the tire peripheral direction. The center land part 6 has treads, which are arrayed in the tire peripheral direction, sectioned into hexagonal center blocks 11 by a plurality of center lateral grooves 9 connecting the zig zag top part of the center main groove 3 and the zig zag top part of the middle main groove 4 to each other where the width of the center land part 6 in the tire axial direction is smallest. The center lateral groove 9 and the first inclined part 3A incline in the same direction with respect to the tire axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
