PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation rate of a power transmission facility and a power transformation facility of a commercial power system.SOLUTION: A power controller comprises a power conversion unit, a power determination unit, and a charge/discharge control unit. The power conversion unit performs power conversion on at least one of generation power from a power generation device and discharge power from a power storage device and outputs the converted power to an electrification path connected to a commercial power system. The power determination unit determines whether or not a power value of reverse power flow power reversely flowing from the electrification path to the commercial power system is to reach an upper limit setting value, on the basis of a detection result from a power detector for detecting the reverse power flow power. The charge/discharge control unit controls charge/discharge for the power storage device. The charge/discharge control unit charges the power storage device with at least part of the generation power, when it is determined that the power value of reverse power flow power is to reach the upper limit setting value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
