摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation mode control device enabling to improve a running performance and a fuel consumption of a movable body enabled to perform a hybrid run and prolong the life duration of a battery mounted on the movable body.SOLUTION: An operation mode control device for controlling an operation mode of a movable body includes: a battery having a residual capacity-output characteristic including a local minimum value and a local maximum value on a side of a lower residual capacity than the local minimum value; a motor operable by electric power supplied from the battery; and an engine. The operation mode control device is configured to control switching between a first mode, in which the movable body is operated only by power of the motor, and a second mode, in which the movable body is operated both by the power of the motor and power of the engine. The operation mode is controlled to have an operation range where the movable body is operated with the second mode when the output is on the side of the lower residual capacity than the local minimum value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
