A pin removal device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the pin removal device is coupled to a fixing pin fixated to equipment to remove the fixing pin, and comprises: a connecting rod having a pin coupling unit coupled to a fixing pin in an end thereof, and having a rod shape; and a hydraulic cylinder connected to the connecting rod for the connecting rod to reciprocate by hydraulic pressure.
