The present invention relates to a polymer adsorbent, and a manufacturing method thereof. Particularly, the present invention relates to an adsorbent which is manufactured by processing a HMnO powder into a bead form, a fiber form, or a film form using a polymer; and to a manufacturing method thereof. Provided are a polymer adsorbent which can be processed into a bead form, a fiber form, or a film form while maintaining performance of a conventional polymer adsorbent having a powder form by using a polymer; and a manufacturing method thereof.
