摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control machine tool capable of accurately correcting errors in a position and an attitude of a machine tool including a rotary feed shaft.SOLUTION: A numerical control machine tool comprises a linear feed shaft and a rotary feed shaft, and includes a function for correcting a move command based on measured error data. The error data is multi-dimensional data containing a position error and an attitude error. The numerical control machine tool further comprises error data storage means 25 and correction data calculation means 26. The error data storage means 25 stores therein a data table which is created by collecting a number of error data items corresponding to positions and rotating angles of the linear feed shaft and the rotary feed shaft. The correction data calculation means 26 calculates correction data for correcting the move command from commanded positions to the linear feed shaft and the rotary feed shaft and the error data stored in the error data storage means. For the correction of the attitude error, a deviation amount of a three-dimensional coordinate value of a tool tip position is calculated from the attitude error and a tool dimension, and based on the calculated deviation amount of the three-dimensional coordinate value, the move command of the linear feed shaft is corrected without rotating the rotary feed shaft.
