The control of the assisted actuator (AA) is through a regulator (REG) controlling power delivered to the actuator as a function of a set value (K) derived from the force (F) applied by the driver. Two or three orthogonal components (Fx,Fy,Fz) of the applied force are translated (OC) to a set value which is the modulus of the applied force components.
