The present invention relates to a wireless power transceiving device and provides an antenna for coupling a subminiature wireless communication antenna to a wireless power transfer coil by using a composite magnetic dielectric object in a wireless power transfer technology having out-band communication and a coil structure. According to the present invention, the wireless power transceiving device applies a subminiature antenna and coil integration structure to a human body insertion type device by using the composite magnetic dielectric object, thereby maintaining communication sensitivity and wireless power transfer efficiency while maximally reducing interfaces with the outside.
