PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a silicone coated metal material capable of forming a silicone film having high adhesion without subjecting a metal material having a certain level or higher of thermal conductivity such as aluminum or an aluminum alloy to complicated treatment such as polishing treatment and oxide film formation treatment; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a silicone coated metal material 100 obtained by forming a silicone film 20 on a surface of a metal member 10, wherein the silicone film 20 is formed by applying silicone to the metal member 10, preliminarily drying the silicone at 20 to 50°C for 20 to 40 minutes and drying the preliminarily dried metal member 10 at 200 to 300°C for 20 to 90 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
