PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saw wire 11 aiming at improvement of cutting performance and at reduction of deterioration.SOLUTION: A saw wire 11, which is a saw wire 11 used for cutting a crystal-based inorganic material ingot or its block by a loose abrasive method, has a shape in which a first trapezoidal wave 12 bending in a first radial direction and a second trapezoidal wave 13 bending in a second radial direction which is different from the first radial direction are repeated in the longer direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
