PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent adhesion of a metal onto a blade part, even when cutting an electrode having an active material layer by a circular blade; and to perform cutting smoothly, even when a blade part of the rotating blade is vibrated.SOLUTION: A shear cutter blade 11 as a circular blade is manufactured by a centrifugal molding method, and the outer peripheral side is constituted of a ceramic powder-reinforced thermosetting resin 13a in which a thermosetting resin is used as a matrix and ceramic particles are used as a reinforcement material. The shear cutter blade 11 has an inside part constituted of a thermosetting resin 13b, and is formed in a discoid shape having a hole 11a on the center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
