PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged minced meat-like chilled food having suitable microorganism resistance demanded for a chilled food, and deliciously and simply eatable as it is owing to having suitable flavor, taste, and texture close to those of minced meat.SOLUTION: A packaged minced meat-like chilled food is obtained by including a seasoning liquid in a granular soybean processed product material, and is stored in a container in an unsealed state. The granular soybean processed product material is obtained by organizing a soybean protein-containing raw material, and a mixture of the soybean protein-containing raw material, and bean-curd refuse of an equal or smaller quantity to/than the quantity of the raw material at a dry mass conversion. The seasoning liquid contains acetic acid and has pH of 3.0-6.0. The moisture content in the food is 50 mass%-80 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
