PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartoon data creation device, a method therefor, a computer program therefor and a cartoon data display device.SOLUTION: A cartoon data creation device comprises: a cut input control part for controlling so as to input a signal for adding a first cut containing one or more layers; an effect input control part for controlling so as to input a kind of a first effect applied to the one or more layers; and a cut creation part for creating a first final cut so that the one or more layers display the first effect in association with a user event from a user. The effect input control part corresponds to the first effect, and controls so as to input a performance start position and performance finish position of the first effect. The cut creation part sets a zone from the performance start position to the performance finish position of the first effect, as a first performance zone, and the first final cut is created so that the first effect is performed in the first performance zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
