PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating device which is small in size and light in weight and in which reflection waves of microwaves irradiated into a heating chamber by a microwave generation source are sufficiently suppressed from being incident to the microwave generation source again.SOLUTION: A microwave heating device comprises a microwave generation source 10, a heating chamber 20 in which a heating target is mounted, a first microwave radiation part 30 which is installed in the heating chamber and irradiates microwaves generated in the microwave generation source into the heating chamber, a second microwave radiation part 40 installed in the heating chamber, a third microwave radiation part 50 installed in the heating chamber, a microwave transmission part 80 for connecting the second microwave radiation part and the third microwave radiation part, and a dielectric member 60 installed in front of the second microwave radiation part or the third microwave radiation part. The second microwave radiation part is located at a position where more microwaves radiated from the first microwave radiation part are incident than the third microwave radiation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
