Both rotary spoons or spoons having a nutation motion and wobblers are provided with a chamber (16) intended to receive an aroma and delimited by elements enabling at least partly the outlet of the aroma. These delimitation elements may be configured for example like openable and closable gates (17) traversed by openings (18). The aroma comes out through said openings during the traction of the artificial bait, from the chamber (16) into the water and thereby enhances the excitation effect exerted on flesh-eating fish in order to make the fish swallow the bait.
